Windows file explorer integration

PaperSave allows you to add any PaperSave supported file type directly from the computer or a network folder by right-clicking on that document. This process can also be known as External Saving.

 

Note: Currently, PaperSave supports the following mime types - .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .tiff, .pdf, .png, .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .msg.

 

Follow the below steps to add an external document to PaperSave:

1) Right-click on the desired file to display the related menu options. Now, click on "Add to PaperSave" option in the menu, as shown in the below screen.

 

 

2) Once you click on Add to PaperSave options, you will be redirected to the Acquire Area in PaperSave Application, where you can choose the desired acquisition method to add the document. Click here to learn more about the functionalities and features in the Acquire Area.
